A healthcare engineering lab that got tired of watching good doctors be invisible
DEOCAs LLC is a digital engineering lab in Tampa, Florida, focused entirely on healthcare. We design and operate web platforms for medical organizations, including digital infrastructure for statewide physician associations.
Working alongside those organizations, we kept meeting the same physician: excellent clinician, thriving practice, and a web presence that was either missing, outdated, or embarrassing. Not for lack of caring, but for lack of a service built the way physicians actually work.
MedSpace360 is our answer: start from the federal NPPES registry so the doctor types almost nothing, keep a human team in charge of quality, deliver in 48 hours, and draw hard legal and ethical boundaries around patient data. It's a product, but it behaves like a service.

Healthcare first, web second
We build exclusively for medicine. That's why the boundaries (no patient data, no ad pixels, honest review practices) are engineered into the product, not written in fine print.
Automation where it helps, humans where it matters
The NPI wizard removes the friction. But every site is assembled, reviewed and refined by a person. Software gathers; people deliver.
You own your presence
Your domain is registered in your name. Your content is yours. A web presence you rent isn't a presence; it's a lease. We refuse to build leases.
