Billing
Billing questions, answered plainly
Who owns the domain?
You do. We register the domain in your name; you are the legal registrant and it stays yours if you ever leave. This is company policy, not fine print.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts and no retention hoops. Cancel from the billing portal in two clicks. Your site stays live through the end of the paid period, and we deliver a static export of your content within 30 days.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once per year and cost the same as 10 monthly payments: two months free. You can switch between monthly and annual from the billing portal; changes are prorated automatically by Stripe.
What is the $499 setup fee on Practice?
Practice includes a larger site build and embedded patient education tools, which take meaningfully more hands-on work up front. The one-time fee covers that initial build. Presence and Growth have no setup fee.
What happens if a payment fails?
Stripe retries automatically and emails you. Your site is never taken down over a single failed payment; we reach out like humans first.
