Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines conduct that is prohibited when using MedSpace360, including the onboarding wizard, the NPI lookup, and any deliverable we build. Violations are grounds for immediate suspension or termination without refund, and where the conduct harms third parties, you bear responsibility for it (see the indemnification section of the Terms of Service).

• Provider impersonation.Ordering, configuring, or attempting to publish a web presence for a provider without that provider's authorization. This is the most serious violation of this policy and results in immediate termination.
• Misleading content.Supplying or approving content that is false, deceptive, or misleading, including unsubstantiated clinical claims, guaranteed outcomes, fabricated credentials, or "board certified" statements not backed by a recognized certifying board named by the provider.
• Review manipulation.Using our review toolkit to solicit fake reviews, offer incentives for reviews, selectively request reviews from satisfied patients only ("review gating"), or draft reviews on behalf of patients. These practices violate the FTC rule on consumer reviews (16 CFR Part 465).
• Scraping the NPI lookup. Using our NPPES proxy for bulk lookups, data harvesting, list building, or any purpose other than starting your own onboarding. Lookups are rate-limited and logged.
• Prohibited data uses. Using data obtained through the Service for eligibility, credit, employment, insurance, or any FCRA-regulated purpose, or to contact providers who have not requested contact.
• Patient data through our systems. Attempting to collect, transmit, or store patient health information through MedSpace360 systems or through forms on a client site. Our service is designed to keep PHI out entirely.
• Unauthorized resale. Reselling, white-labeling, or offering the Service to third parties without a written agreement with DEOCAs.

To report abuse, including a site you believe impersonates a provider, email contact@deocas.us. Impersonation reports are treated as urgent.
